You can export individual prompts to Markdown, Word, PDF, JSON, Plain Text, and YAML. For Team and Agency plans, users have access to a Global Export feature that downloads the entire workspace as a JSON file perfect for backing up or migrating data.
Workflows allow you to strictly define a sequence of prompts (chains). You can map the output of one prompt as the input variable for the next, enabling complex logic chains without writing code. This is a core feature for Pro, Team, and Agency users.
If you downgrade from Pro to Free, you will retain access to your first 15 prompts. The usage of extra prompts will be locked until you upgrade again or delete old prompts to fall below the limit. We will never delete your data without ample warning.
We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. Crucially, we do NOT use your prompt data to train our own models or share it with third-party model providers. Your IP remains yours.
